Our Mission-Our Goals

Through communication and education we will facilitate a dialogue between private and public sectors to encourage  conservation of the heritage Sandbank homes by repurposing

 the Hyatt and Macdonald houses to enrich the visitor experience at Sandbanks Provincial Park and preserve and promote Prince Edward County's Cultural Heritage. 

Our Cultural Heritage can provide guidance to our future.  Preserving and repurposing our cultural heritage assets provides opportunities for social and economic growth. 

Sharing our unique history enables us to bridge the gaps between the past, present and future. 

We will be the voice that represents our community's desire to conserve our County's heritage by finding ways to repurpose these significant heritage properties, in cooperation with our government, the private and not-for-profit sectors .
